Every custom shipping boxes order is produced to your exact interior dimensions — there are no fixed sizes and no upcharge for an unusual footprint. Send length, width and height in inches or millimetres, or send the product and we will measure and specify it for you. Tooling is created once and reused free on every repeat order. Our low MOQ starts at 50 units, so you can launch or test with small quantity orders before scaling to wholesale volumes.

- Double-wall B/C flute corrugated with a 48 ECT rating handles most heavy or fragile freight. For products over 65 lb we recommend triple-wall.
