Rigid boxes — also called setup boxes — are built from thick chipboard wrapped in printed or textured paper. They do not fold flat, and that is the point: the density in the hand is what signals a premium product. We manufacture rigid custom box packaging for jewellery, electronics, fragrance, spirits and limited editions, with a low MOQ of 50 units so premium brands can launch a luxury tier without overstocking.

Send length, width and height in inches or millimetres, or send the product and we will measure and specify it for you. Tooling is created once and reused free on every repeat order.
